Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your module matches the product photo

    • If your module is outside the '07 or newer range, but matches the product photo, this rebuild service still applies.

  • Remove your module

    • Control module, pump, and motor MUST be sent in

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

    • To prevent brake fluid from leaking all over, place module/hydraulic unit into several plastic bags

    • Place any paperwork into a zip-lock bag to prevent brake fluid from making any information illegible

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your module and get back on the road

    • IMPORTANT: Reprogramming the module onto a motorcycle that is not the original can sometimes cause the EPROM to fail, triggering a permanent coding error. To avoid this, we suggest using the original control module if possible.

    Exactly as described

Got rid of my brake warning issues and ABS is back. It may take a few rounds of bleeding the brakes, disconnecting the battery, and short drives to work it all in but all my warning problems are gone and no more codes.

    Just Brilliant

Having had a brake fault light on my dash BMW K1200 GT for some months and being told by BMW it’s not repairable and a $4000 (AUD) cost to replace it I went looking online to see if I could find some more info out.

I came across Module Master who had numerous 5 star reviews. I decided to purchase a repair/rebuild service for $250 USD. The rebuild was to take 5-8 business days.

I sent my ABS ECU over to them from Australia and it was on its way back after 8 days.

I had it reinstalled and the fault light was gone and ABS unit operating as it should.

All up it cost me just over $1,100 (AUD) a quarter of the cost of replacing it and the repair/rebuild comes with a 5 year warranty.

I would highly recommend Module Master their service it was excellent.

    Great service and price

Module Masters saved me thousands of dollars with the rebuild. It worked right out of the box - truly plug and play. The 5-year warranty is a nice touch to ensure confidence in the rebuild. I'd use them again!

Economical, reliable way to keep my K1200S perfect

I was very impressed with the speedy service and even more impressed by the quality of workmanship after a very close inspection after my rebuilt K1200S ABS unit was returned
