The Family
Module Master was founded in the family's pump house in 2004. Since then, it has grown to be a forward-thinking remanufacturing company, but our original values stay the same.

Health Insurance
We offer Health Insurance to all full time employees after 90 days.
Paid Time Off
One week Paid Time Off and # Paid Holidays are provided to full time employees. We also prioritize flexibility when taking time off as we want our staff to feel recharged and excited to work. There are no complicated vacation rules here.
Weekly Lunch
Every Thursday we buy lunch for the team. We also grab everyone's morning coffee. We choose local businesses to buy from, and decide as a group what we want to eat each week. It's our way of saying thank you for everything you do.
Life Light Insurance
One unique benefit we offer is a Life Light policy for you and your household. Being located in a rural area we recognize that when emergencies happen you may need quick access to urban hospitals. Instead of worrying about cost, you can just focus on getting the care you need.
Retirement?
After a waiting period, we offer access to a 401(k) with a 3% company match. The money in this account is instantly yours, there is no vesting requirement. Our account includes access to a financial planner to help guide you as you invest for the future.
