2001 Buick Century AC Module Repair

My repaired Climate Control Module works like new. The staff at Module Master was helpful, informative, and courteous. Turn-around time was very reasonable. I would use them again for any future repairs I might need.

Great Customer Service

1997 Buick Century Limited HVAC Control Module: This unit was repaired and returned promptly. It was packaged with great care as well. Along with that, when I called back to ask for assistance, as I was not able to get the backlighting in the unit to work, the technician spent no small amount of time looking up the needed information so that I was able to connect a live 12 volt wire to the appropriate module terminal(C16) in order to get the backlighting to operate. I can finally see the control buttons in the dark!! The amount of time and attention he put out for me was why I now have the backlighting. Almost no one is willing to give this kind of service anymore. Keep it up!!! It was like going back to "The Good Old Days."

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Rarely do I do reviews but I couldn't help myself here. These guys not only answered any questions but they were patient ! Cali walked me through the steps and even tho my model number was odd they still took it in. Work was done amazing yes you pay for shipping but they ship the unit back to you very professionally! My module works so much better and I can see it at night! Thanks module master!

A problem fixed.

I sent in a faulty climate control module. The work was performed promptly and as anticipated. The controller is working perfectly fine. I have had equally fantastic service in the past, and I will certainly look to this business in the future. I went to a stereo shop to remove and replace the dash. The labor was relatively cheap. The whole problem was solved very easy.
