Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your PDM matches the product photo

    • Also referred to as an ECM - your module MUST match the photo

    • Please see the note on Ranger PDMs and what we cannot fix below.

  • Review our Polaris Troubleshooting Guide to confirm that the problem is in the PDM
  • Remove your PDM

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your PDM and get back on the trail

Known issues that we fix:

  • Battery power issues

    • For overcharging issues we recommend replacing the stator

  • No ground to starter

  • Intermittent start or no start

Known issues that we DO NOT fix:

  • If your Ranger PDM is having a Fan Control issue we are no longer able to fix them. Currently we are unable to get replacements for the Power Mosfet found in all Polaris Ranger PDMs. This part controls the fan circuit, and is also used in other functions of the Ranger PDM, but is not the only part we replace in these modules. For other Ranger PDM issues we will still test and repair (if needed).

    Module Repair

We called and asked questions about the issues we were having with a module on a machine that was brought in. We sent it off to them to be rebuilt. About 2 weeks later we received it back. We had some questions about wiring that wasn't jiving quite the way we thought, so we called, spoke with the person that did the actual rebuild and were successful in getting it back running properly again. We are very happy in all aspects of our dealings with Module Master and highly recommend them. We work on a lot of different machines, and we have to say they are definitely going to be our top go-to for any issues that we run into in the future like this.

    Great!

Great service and the price was much better than a buying new replacement. Time frame was as advertised. Would highly recommend this service.
