  • Sale
  • Regular price $250.00

Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your module matches the product photo

    • If your module is outside the '07 or newer range, but matches the product photo, this rebuild service still applies.

  • Remove your module

    • Control module, pump, and motor MUST be sent in

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

    • To prevent brake fluid from leaking all over, place module/hydraulic unit into several plastic bags

    • Place any paperwork into a zip-lock bag to prevent brake fluid from making any information illegible

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your module and get back on the road

    • IMPORTANT: Reprogramming the module onto a motorcycle that is not the original can sometimes cause the EPROM to fail, triggering a permanent coding error. To avoid this, we suggest using the original control module if possible.

    Simply … OUTSTANDING

I removed the ABS module from the 09 R12GS after 6-8 months of “brake failure” lit Red and sent it off to Module Master. Good as new in 2weeks. The dealership didn’t seem to know what to do or interested in helping.

    Easy removal/installation, works perfectly

$250 is a fair enough price for repairing the ABS pump motor, most common failure in BMW ABS modules. Unit was clean, nicely wrapped, went back in and bled with no issues. The only reason I didn't give the rebuild service 5 stars is that shipping (both ways) totaled almost another $90.

    So far so good

Turn-around time was fast, from fedex store to my front door in 10 days. Since install there's 600 mi on the unit and working flawlessly.
Hope I dont need MM again but if I do they're my go to.

    Very satisfied - 2007 R1200R

I hope I don’t have any more ABS units break… but if I do I would not hesitate to use Module Masters again. Turnaround was reasonable and was returned in professional packaging. All diagnostic and ops checks are good. 5 year warranty is a huge plus!
