Delco DBC-7 ABS Module Rebuild

Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your module matches the product photo

    • There are two versions with slightly different tops and arrangement/number of solenoids

  • Remove your module

    • Do not send the pump and motor

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your module and get back on the road

 Known issues that we fix:

  • C1218 - ABS Pump Motor

  • C0121 - Valve Relay Circuit Malfunction

  • C0110 - Pump Motor Circuit Malfunction

  • C1214 - EBCM Circuit Relay

We are unable to fix the following:

    • C1255 - EBCM Internal Malfunction

    • C0550 - ECM Malfunction

  • Replacement of faulty components

    • Except those with Steering Angle Sensors

2005 Monte Carlo ABS Module

2003 Monta Carlo ABS Module

Fixed ABS-Traction Control Issue - C1214 Solenoid Valve Relay Coil or Contact Circuit Open. They replaced the relay on the circuit board, re-flowed the solder on the board (common problem with fractured solder creating bad connections on the board from heat etc.). Re-sealed the module. Better than new at a very good price with less than a week turnaround. 5-year warranty. Excellent and half the cost of purchasing a remanufactured ABS Module. Thank you. ED K.
