Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your module matches the product photo

    • We offer 2 different rebuild tiers for this module:

      • Tier 1:  Only send in the solenoid pack

      • Tier 2:  Send in the solenoid pack, pump, and motor

  • Remove your module

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your module and get back on the road

Know issues we fix:

Note: 

  • If pump motor is running; check the external relay located in fuse panel (K25)

  • Locate and check ground behind driver side headlight; if faulty this will cause the ABS module to appear bad

  • You may have a C1401 code regardless of which rebuild tier your module requires

Tier 1:

  • Solenoid error code

  • Intermittent functionality

Tier 2:

  • Everything from Tier 1

  • Worn brushes - Recommended for vehicles over 75,000 miles (120,700 km)

      Sent questionable module in for repair. MM determined there was no repairable/rebuildable issue and returned module. Greatly appreciate the quick turnaround...I was able to move on to getting a working module quickly and they promptly refunded my service fee.

      My ESP,ABS, and BAS warning had been on for a while. From the dealer and another repair shop I was told that the abs pump/module assembly had to be replaced. From the dealer the part was over a thousand dollars. Contacted Module Masters and they said they could fix it. Most likely the pump was ok and the electronic module was in need of repair. As the said the pump was ok, cleaned and repaired. Shipping from California the unit was repaired and returned with in 10 days. Installed abs pump, no warning lights and abs unit works normally. Module Masters work is as stated. Pricing is very reasonable, turn around time is exceptional. I can highly recommend Module Masters. Dennis
