Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your PDM matches the product photo

    • Also referred to as an ECM - your module MUST match the photo

    • Please see the note on Ranger PDMs and what we cannot fix below.

  • Review our Polaris Troubleshooting Guide to confirm that the problem is in the PDM

  • Remove your PDM

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your PDM and get back on the trail

Known issues that we fix:

  • Battery power issues

    • For overcharging issues we recommend replacing the stator

  • No ground to starter

  • Intermittent start or no start

Known issues that we DO NOT fix:

  • If your Ranger PDM is having a Fan Control issue we are no longer able to fix them. Currently we are unable to get replacements for the Power Mosfet found in all Polaris Ranger PDMs. This part controls the fan circuit, and is also used in other functions of the Ranger PDM, but is not the only part we replace in these modules. For other Ranger PDM issues we will still test and repair (if needed).

    It's ALIVE !

    I can’t say enough good things about Module Master.

    I have a 2007 Polaris Sportsman X2 500 H.O., and this model is known for PDM issues. When I first reached out, their staff took the time to answer my questions and help me determine whether it was likely a PDM problem. That gave me confidence right away.

    A new replacement would have cost me over $1,000 CAD, and that’s if I could even find one. Sending my PDM across the border was a bit nerve-wracking. I’ll admit I was anxious waiting to see if this was actually the issue.

    It was.

    It’s alive! The machine has been running great since the repair.

    The turnaround time was exactly as promised, communication was solid, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

    I highly recommend Module Master for anything they advertise that they can repair. Very impressed.
