Fantastic Job !!!

So far so good! No longer have to hit my dash to get my 2003 Element to start or worry about the Instrument cluster going out while driving. Very fast repair time and very well packaged when it was shipped back. I will be keeping the box in case I have to have my 2006 Element cluster repaired! Thank you for a very professional experience !!!

Performance Beyond Expectations

Our 2004 Honda Element showed signs of gauge issues, like it was possessed. Needles were bouncing around erratically and the warning lights flickered on the gauge cluster nearly all the time. It was spooky. After the service was completed and the gauges were re-installed, it was as good as new. My only suggestion for their team would be more communication with the customer during the receiving to return service process. I sent our cluster in from overseas. The gauges were received, but I was not notified. The service was completed and what I got was an email saying the gauges were in the mail. It would have been nice to get an email saying the shipment arrived and it is in queue for service. And once the service was completed, an email saying what was found and fixed along with the tracking # would have been great. For customers who are state side and the turn around might take only a couple to few weeks, maybe that is not an issue. For us, we were without this vehicle for almost 3 months by the time shipping there and back was done. Some reassurance during their handling is what I was hoping for. And having said that, when I did send emails asking about the status, I did receive responses that were professional and I was given the information I had asked for. The service knocked it out of the park and now that the dash is alive and not possessed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. The returned gauges did come back with a note from the tech, outlining all that was wrong and what was fixed.
