Great Customer Service from Cali Fryslie

I'm from Germany. April 2024 I bought a Ford Thunderbird with just 2500 Miles from a collector, but my 2002 Thunderbird had the issue with no lights on the instrument cluster. Module Master explained the entire process to me. When I was on vacation in the USA, I took the FEM with me and sent it to Module Master. He repaired it and sent it back immediately. Now my Thunderbird has the lights back and I'm very happy with my Thunder Bird. Thank you very much again. Albert Vetter

Took a little over 2 weeks to ship and receive, all previous issues have been resolved. Have heard a couple cases of others using this service having to resend for additional fixes, however the included 5 year warranty offers good protection.
