Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your module matches the product photo

    • If your module is outside the '07 or newer range, but matches the product photo, this rebuild service still applies.

  • Remove your module

    • Control module, pump, and motor MUST be sent in

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

    • To prevent brake fluid from leaking all over, place module/hydraulic unit into several plastic bags

    • Place any paperwork into a zip-lock bag to prevent brake fluid from making any information illegible

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your module and get back on the road

    • IMPORTANT: Reprogramming the module onto a motorcycle that is not the original can sometimes cause the EPROM to fail, triggering a permanent coding error. To avoid this, we suggest using the original control module if possible.

    Perfect solution

This is the way to go if your ABS quits working. Fast turn around on the repair. Notification of completion and tracking number. Installed and it works perfectly. Brakes like new.

    08 BMW 1200gs ABS rebuild

Module Masters repaired my abs module in 1 week as advertised and returned it with fast 2 day shipping. There was no need to bring my bike to the dealer to reprogram or clear codes after installation. I’ve ridden several times since the repair, so far so good, no more abs faults! Highly recommend.

    Happy customer

Dealer (Moon Motors in Monticello, MN) installed rebuilt (replaced brushes, cleaned) module yesterday. 2.5hrs (while I waited) $400ish. Worked perfectly. The math: Used module from salvage bike, $600. Rebuild by MM, $250. Total parts and service = $1,250 + some shipping. Versus BMWNA price for new module, $1,850ish. Total cost savings = $900. ($2,200 vs. $1,300)

    fast and professional

Module Masters rebuilt the ABS unit for my 2007 1200GS. The turnaround time on the rebuild was exactly as promised (if not faster). The unit was returned packaged well and clean - ready for installation. All this for a great price. I will recommend MM to anyone needing an ABS rebuild.
