Front Electronic Module Ford Thunderbird (2002-2005) Rebuild

Module Master answered all of my questions up front before I purchased the rebuild service. The dash lighting went out over a year ago, then the power steering recently started acting up and was stuck on its firm mode. This FEM is obsolete by Ford, I waited because I was too afraid to ship it away...Module Master calmed my fears and repaired and upgraded the unit at a super-fair price VERY QUICKLY and returned it professionally packaged ready to install. I works perfectly again. Thank you for the job well done!!!

I shipped my '02 FEM module to Module Master for repair. One of the known issues with this module is the loss of interior lighting at night. They called me to confirm the module was received, verified the service I requested, and completed the repair quickly. Their technician left a note with the part that some additional updates were made based on other failures they have seen in the past. Return shipping was quick and the module is functioning great in my T Bird again. Very happy to have a repair option as this module is long out of production and getting a new one would be very difficulty and very expensive.

My wife’s dream car is a 2002 Ford Thunderbird convertible and when problems arose I found out how difficult it was to find solutions for this collectible.
My issue was with the Front Electronic Module which was well beyond my understanding.
Module Master took all the guesswork out the repair. I simply removed the module, sent it to Module Master and in a manner of days it was repaired and returned in like new condition. I had a total of about 20 minutes of labor time in this repair (remove and reinstall).
