Excellent service, FEM repaired with no issues. No issues with respect shipping from Canada and having part returned to a Canadian address.

A great service

I sent my front end module from Canada with some trepidation, but there was no reason for concern. It was repaired and returned as per their web info. I reinstalled it and I was thrilled that the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Module Master.

03 Thunderbird steering issue

The steering on my 2003 Thunderbird was very stiff at all speeds but especially when stopped or slow moving. Flushing the system and refilling with Mercon V made no difference. It appeared that either the pump was failing or the vehicle speed sensitive steering system wasn't working properly. There were no warning lights or errors evident and everything else worked fine.
I went onto various forums and my research told me it was worth having the FEM checked / fixed and that Module Master were the company to do the job.
I sent off my FEM and in a couple of weeks it came back not just fixed but they replaced parts that were likely to fail in the future.
I plugged the FEM back in and fired her up. I knew instantly the pump was now working properly when the revs dipped a little as I moved the steering wheel. Ivy is now a pleasure to drive.
So, bottom line... Module Master did a good job in a good time at a good price. What more could you ask for...
