Trustworthy Service!

The LCD panel went out in the Audi and I checked with the dealership for repairs. They won't service them but will charge you an arm and a leg to order a new instrument cluster and install it to "fix" the problem (more money for them). Found Module Masters on line and sent the instrument cluster to them. I was on a deadline since I had to travel. They replaced the LCD panel and shipped it back in time. They returned my calls, and answered my email when I had questions. They are trustworthy and professional. Thank you Module Maters!

Brought my car back to life!

My cluster stopped working, brought it into Audi and it seemed like there was nothing I could do as the product has been discontinued. But since the car was able to turn on, Audi suggested rebuilding the cluster. I found Module Master and gave it a try. Shipped it, they received it, worked on it a day, maybe two, sent it back and I plugged it in and all's working! It was really simple, just pay / package and ship. Thanks Module Master!
