Fantastic Service

Really enjoyed Terry whom I spoke with each time. She made it seem like we knew each other a long time and I enjoyed the great service and humor. My module was considered dead by the technician but thankfully they had a refurbished one in stock. I definitely recommend them and will use them again, but hopefully that won't be necessary!

Excellent Customer Service

Module Master did a great job of repairing my electronic control brake module (ecbm). The process was very easy to follow and this is the only way that I could get a replacement part; unit is no longer manufactured, junkyard/used module was the only other alternative – and that would likely require computer re-programming (which would typically require a trip to the dealership).

Module Master provided a quick turnaround, less than a week, including the shipping time! The unit was returned in a very robust package and ready to be installed. Cali was very helpful and told me that the unit had a 1214 code. They did a normal rebuild, and reflowed solder for the solenoid & ABS relay PCB.

Module Master also provided a telephone number to help troubleshoot the problem if the repaired unit didn’t fix the issue – they even provided a follow-up email to assure customer satisfaction.

Highly recommended.
