Attention:

This rebuild service requires that you:

  • Verify that your PDM matches the product photo

    • Also referred to as an ECM - your module MUST match the photo

    • Please see the note on Ranger PDMs and what we cannot fix below.

  • Review our Polaris Troubleshooting Guide to confirm that the problem is in the PDM
  • Remove your PDM

  • Carefully pack and ship it to us - Instructions

  • We rebuild it and ship it back to you

  • Re-install your PDM and get back on the trail

Known issues that we fix:

  • Battery power issues

    • For overcharging issues we recommend replacing the stator

  • No ground to starter

  • Intermittent start or no start

Known issues that we DO NOT fix:

  • If your Ranger PDM is having a Fan Control issue we are no longer able to fix them. Currently we are unable to get replacements for the Power Mosfet found in all Polaris Ranger PDMs. This part controls the fan circuit, and is also used in other functions of the Ranger PDM, but is not the only part we replace in these modules. For other Ranger PDM issues we will still test and repair (if needed).

    What a deal...

Module master saved me over 500 bucks by repairing/rebuilding my module, as opposed to buying a new one. I was sceptical, but I took a chance and I glad I did. It took about 12 days from the day I shipped it out. I had 0 voltage coming out of the PCM when I sent it out. When I got my rebuilt PCM (All nice and shiny I might add)I plugged it in and everything lit up and fired right up.(Pretty sure I heard the song Hallelujah!!) What a deal!!

    PDM

I was pleased to find a company that made repairs to this component for such a reasonable price. New ones are out of stock and cost twice what you’re what you charged. Turn around was fast and the packaging was probably over the top was delighted to see it packaged in such a way. Plugged in the module and it worked. Good job and you save me money.

Traced the problem to my pdm and priced new units at or above $600 ! I found module master and one week later and less than 1/3 the price my Polaris runs perfectly! Thanks module master!
