thank you for taking the time to talk to me and explain in terms I could understand. the dealer wanted to sell a new abs module, I opted for a used one and three days later was reading brake lights again. you were right on in your diagnosis. it wasn't the module. it was a BAD IGNITION SWITCH which the dealer replaced for free. now everything works again. "word of mouth" is the best advertising. I'll do my share for modulemaster. Thanks again,

"As an ASE Master Auto Tech, I will only work with the highest quality parts and sevices and Gavin Curtis and Module Master is in my 'A' list. I don't know of anyone else that would have taken the time necessary, and done such high quality work to repair the extensive damaged caused by "That other company". If you need an ABS module (rebuilt), this is the place to go. You may find someone else to do it cheaper but take it from me, you will wish you spent the few dollars more to get the expert service that you can only find at Module Master!

Gavin and staff, Just wanted to leave you some feedback on the great job you did. I'd like to thank you for delivering exactly what you promise on your website. You repaired the ABS module from my 2000 Audi S4 and I am extremely happy with the results. Initially, I had considered buying a new unit from Audi but someone told me about your rebuilds. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try given that the savings were fairly substantial and your website seemed to indicate you knew what your were doing. Turns out my skepticism was unfounded. I removed and replaced the unit myself using the directions from your website and everything was exactly as it was described. It was extremely easy!!

You repaired my ABS control module from my 98' Audi A4 Quattro this winter. Your instructions on removal were completely accurate. (My efforts to take short cuts just cost me extra time.) The dealer had quoted the job at $2800, so I figure you saved me $2500, less whatever the 4 hours of my labor are worth. On top of saving me big money, your turnaround time was excellent. My rebuilt unit has been back in the car for about five months now and works in snow and rain just as it was designed. The warning light is out, of course, but I am more concerned about the ABS and traction control functioning properly. If I had only wanted the light out, I could have just removed it.

Gavin, You Rock! I just wanted to say thanks for repairing my 1990 Passat GLX ABS Module. I shipped my module to you last Monday (6/11/06) and I received it back today (6/18/06). I placed the ABS Module back in my car this afternoon and for the first time in months I haven't had to watch those annoying Brake & ABS lights flash, see the "STOP, BRAKE FAULT, SERVICE MANUAL" indication or hear that irritating 3 bell chime! What a relief! Saved me about $1000 also.

If you're looking at the ModuleMaster website and thinking about having your ABS Module repaired, stop thinking and send it to Gavin! You wont regret it. Thanks again!

Gavin, My EBCM was returned on thursday 25 May and I reinstalled it the following day. The system work perfect. Thank you for a job well done. That is the first time the amber ABS light has gone out in a year and half. Chevy dealer wanted 1200. to repair. 900. for the parts and 300. labor. The Job took me about 15 minutes to remove and maybe 30 minutes to clean and reinstall following your instruction. I have provided your web site and address to few of my friends in case they have trouble with their vehicles. Again thank you for a job well done.

Gavin, Wow, that was quick! You only recieved my ABS Module on Tuesday, and already repaired it and sent it back by Wednesday morning. Thanks so much for your speedy response. My car is just sitting in the driveway waiting to be put back together and get back on the road. Thanks to passatworld.com and all of the recomemndations to use ModuleMaster, I saved about $1000. Gavin, Your website saved me a ton of money. I was having the same ABS problem as one of your posts. I took my Passat in and had the ABS sensors cleaned and it fixed the ABS chattering at slow speeds. Gavin, Yes I did receive the module! Thank you so much for saving me tons of money. I don't understand why Audi doesn't recall the part (actually I do understand, it is too lucrative for them). Your service fit right into my schedule, I realized my car is up for NYS inspection this week. I took the module out on Monday, Shipped it on Tuesday UPS next day air and enclosed a return next day air slip, You repaired it Wednesday and shipped back on Thursday and I put it back in on Friday night! You can't ask for better service at such a GREAT price... And Connie is such a sweetheart on the phone! I will pass the word on the net.. Believe me! Thanks again,

Gavin: Great job on fixing my '98 Audi's Bosch 5.3i ABS controller. Your website's description of the problem perfectly matched my situation and your removal and packaging instructions were easy to follow. The local Audi dealer's service manager informed me that complete ABS replacement was the only answer so fork over $2,300 for parts & labor. I knew I had to find another solution or get out the black electrical tape to cover the flashing dash lights. You repaired everything quickly and completely. All is good again. Thanks,

Hello Gavin and everyone at MM: Just wanted to drop a note thanking you for being a great alternative to overpriced automotive parts. When my 2000 VW Passat's ABS system started to go on the fritz, I researched how much it would cost to replace. I was shocked. The $1,500 price tag just for the part was completely out of the question. Luckily, I found your service. For a fraction of the cost you repaired my ABS and had it back to me within 10 days...all during Christmas break! I was even able to drive my car while the module was in repair. My mechanic will be using your service in the future if he has any other of these jobs. Very cool. When I received teh module, my mechanic installed it in 10 minutes and off I went. Dear Gavin, As we had discussed over the phone, I took my Chevrolet Suburban to a dealership to my car diagnosed because the ABS and Parking Brake lights were on. The dealership informed me that my ABS electronic control module was bad and that the cost for the repair would be approximately $1200.00. Faced with such a large repair bill, I decided to educate myself about the system and found your website. I removed the electronic module and shipped it to your company as instructed. I was surprised when you called me a couple of days later to let me know that you couldn't find anything wrong with the module. So, you sent it back, without any charge, along with some instructions for retrieving the trouble codes. I followed your instructions and found that there was a problem with a switch in the ABS module assy and not in the electronic portion as was told to me by the Chevrolet dealership. So, I returned the assembly to you and within a week, it was returned back to me. I reinstalled the module, followed the instructions for clearing the fault code, and everything was fine. To break it down, my total expense was $78.26 for shipping my module and the cost for repairs which was under $170.00. So, I spent under $250.00 instead of the $1200.00 that I would have spent at the dealership. You diagnosed the problem correctly and you guaranteed your work.

I was also impressed with the fact that you personally communicated with me half way across the country while the repairs were being done, and I'd like to comment that your staff was very pleasant. I would certainly recommend Module Master to anyone who wants their ABS module professionally repaired. my sincere thanks!
